We connect with our true nature by.....

• Creating a safe space - All the experiences, with or without horses, are done in a safe environment on the ground. No previous horse experience is required.
• In which to expand our awareness - The focus is on the experience and building our awareness or mindfulness. You will take away something different each time.
• And develop relationships - Develop relationships with the horses, people and yourself.  Other relationships will often be affected by your experiences and discoveries here. Movement toward collaborative relationship is encouraged.
• With our authentic self and Nature - Connection to our true selves and the natural resources in each of us can be brought forward from experiencing this sacred and silent world of nature.
