- Create a safe space - Find a place in which you can relax and feel peaceful.
- Expand - Allow your breathing to calm and your thoughts to unwind and drift away.
- Awareness & relationship - Let your eyes rest on a picture in our gallery below or something in nature which attracts your attention, then feel into it a moment.
- Make a connection - Hover over or click the gallery image to read the accompanying thoughts. If outdoors in nature, silently ask what is there for you to learn in connection with what you are viewing.
